Easy to use. Cleans carpet well. Doesn't dry the carpet as much as I would like it to but carpet air dries fast because of the cold temp in the house. Love seeing all the dirt gathered in the water, assures me the rug is getting cleaner and cleaner. Trying out different detergents to see which is best but can't wait to clean the carpet again. Recommend to anyone in the market for a carpet cleaner.

Used it several times already. Got koolaid out of my almost white carpet. Deducted a star because the pieces that hold the brush in place are only held on by magnets and are easy to lose with kids who get into everything. Kids definitely lost one and I cant seem to find just that part, only the whole brush. Seems if it comes off that easily I should just be able to buy that specific piece instead of a whole new brush. Havent been able to use it anymore :(
