Smartwash Automatic Carpet Cleaner works absolutely amazing this is one of the best Carpet cleaners I have ever owned.It is easy to use and set up And clean it picks up dirt and cleans rugs so well. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.It is worth every dollar it's a great product

This is a nice unit. It is very easy to use, but when you are finished using it it leaks. I suggest when you are finished you set the front of the unit on a towel. I don't think it should do this. But, then, nothing these days is made like they used to make things.

Thank you for rating the Hoover SmartWash Automatic Carpet Cleaner. Water will drip from the brushes and underside of the product after normal use and may puddle. We recommend to avoid damage to wood and laminate flooring and avoid potential slipping hazard move to a hard surface and place unit on an absorbent material (such as a towel) to soak up drips. Oh I am so excited to finally have something that does a great job at cleaning my carpet this machine is genius love how it cleans my carpet and rugs wonderfully and it dries the carpet too wow!!! that is all the more reason why I can say this is my favorite cleaning machine it does everything it is suppose to do plus it dries the carpet for you incredible cleaning power that comes from this machine is great love this machine my favorite love it!!!!!

Unstoppable in Carpet shampooing

I love my Hoover SmartWash+ Automatic Carpet Cleaner so much, I can not stop shampooing my carpets. We just purchased a new home and the carpets are original and we financially can not replacement the entire house so shampooing is the next best option. Although the carpets were shampoo before moving in, with 2 kids and moving and settling in the rugs needed a wash. The rugs are so clean and bright almost look like new. I am so please and happy with the Hoover SmartWash+. The SmartWash+ was easy to open and unpackaged. Easy and quick to assemble. I was so excited I was able to read the quick instructions and start shampooing within 3 minutes of opening. The machine is easy to push and pull (not too hard of a workout). The Automatic soap dispenser is great because there is no measuring. The soap dispenser was able to last 3 big size rooms before empty. Th attachments are an excellent accessory to have. I was able to wash my couch, having toddlers and babies my couches had markers, milk and stains from the little ones over the years. The stains came out within one stroke. So nice to see the original color of my beige couch again. I also did the stairs and the attachment made it very easy to accomplish. The rugs were never cleaned before and I could tell by putting all the dirt out in the machine. The SmartWash+ was easy to cleanup and rinse after use. I let it air dry before storing. The rugs dried quick less than 24 hours. My children say the rugs seem very fluffy. I decently recommend the Hoover SmartWash+ Automatic Carpet Cleaner. It is my new favorite and I honesty can not stop using.

I've bought 2 of these rug scrubbers now and they've both quit working. The brushes stop moving and it doesn't suck the water up anymore. The second one also kept making a blue mark on the carpet after you would stop scrubbing. We kept the brushes clean and would try to sweep the area before scrubbing and it happened a second time. Will not be getting anymore of these!!

Broke on second time using it!!

Today is only the second time using my smart wash. Halfway through the room I was doing the wash stopped working, the dry only button was not pressed it would always say DRY when going forward, cleaned and washed everything still doesn't work. I had really high hopes for this, waste of money!!

Just received 2 days ago. I've used it 3 times. It's so easy to use, easier than my vacuum cleaner and picked up sooo much pet hair even after I vacuumed first.Very light and easy to use and that's important since Im 73. Also very easy to clean after using. Can't believe it picked up so much dirt after having my carpet proffesionaly cleaned a couple weeks ago. I love it.
