The pets track in dirt and the grand kids.I am so impressed with how this cleans.It has auto clean technology that knows when to wash and when to dry. I mean this SmartWash is smart when you push forward it scrubs the carpet with flex force power brushes.When you pull back it helps dry the carpet. It has a powerful extraction with heat. I have never seen anything like this before.It does an awesome job. It is very easy to use. It mixes the Cleaning solution automatically so no guess work.It also comes with a long hose,attachments and a bottle of carpet washer detergent Expert Pet. I like using this with the attachment to get out a pet stain I have had for awhile. I also pre treat the stain first.It gets the stain out. Pros:Easy to clean also removable Nozzle to clean brushes,Sits low enough to clean under furniture,Turns on and off with foot pedal,Optional tools for hose: Spin & Scrub,Stair and Crevice tool to get into to those narrow places.Dual tank system. 12 inch wide cleaning path.Plus a 5 year Warranty! Cons: The cord could be a little longer.

What a pleasure this SmartWash+ automatic Carpet Cleaner is to use! Really cleans the carpet thoroughly and the suction power is unbelievable! My carpets are so clean and smell brand new! Definitely the best carpet cleaner I've ever had the pleasure of using! I highly recommend it!

A powerful carpet cleaner with innovative 2-stroke cleaning and drying (push forward to clean/pill backward to dry). Simple to use, thoroughly cleans, and even heat dries. Also includes a hose attachment and convenient hanging hose tote. Works like a gem.

My carpets have been brought back to new quality after just two uses of the Smartwash Automatic Carpet cleaner. The set up of the machine is easy, only took me a few minutes. The machine itself is a bit heavy, but is easy to maneuver. It has great reverse suction to help dry carpet, so if you have longer carpet, it won't take too long to dry.

This is one of the easiest carpet cleaners I have ever used. Works just like a vacuum cleaner. There is no measuring of the cleaning solutions. Just fill up with clean water in one side and put the solution in the other and it does it all for you. It has great cleaning suction and gets so much of the deep down dirt out. My carpets look great, and then when you pull back it actually drys much of it for you. It is very easy to clean with the removable nozzle. It also has attachments to clean stairs and upholstery. It is a very light weight unit also which is a big plus for me.

So easy to use

I received the SmartWash Automatic Carpet Cleaner a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It is so easy to use and there is no need to measure anything out. You fill one container with water and the other with the cleaning solution and that's all you need to do. You push the cleaner forward to clean the area and then when you pull it back it dries it. The unit also has a button you can select for drying only. The auto dry extracts the water faster to reduce the drying time. It comes with cleaning solution as well as an accessory storage bag. It's very lightweight and so easy to use. My 10 year old son was able to use it without any trouble. It comes with a very long cord which allows you to clean a larger area at once. We have new puppy at home and this has really come in handy while we are potty training her. I am amazed at how much dirt and stains the carpet cleaner has pulled up. When you are done using the SmartWash Automatic Carpet Cleaner, it is very easy to empty the containers and clean the unit. One of the best carpet cleaners I have owned.

Awesome cleaning machine

I received this machine a few weeks ago, I have cleaned my carpets and they have never looked better. The directions are very easy to follow. The machine is constructed perfectly and super easy to use. Have had Hoover machines in the past, but this one far surpasses any other.

Fantastic! Very easy to operate. Not heavy and bulky. Love the features , separate recovery tank, separate clean water tank, separate detergent tank. I like the accessories are not attached to machine getting in the way when not in use. I love the light coming on to let you know if you are cleaning or drying. I like the dry only feature. Best machine I have ever owned.
