I have two cats so it is nice to be able to clean the carpet whenever I want . It's so easy to use . I absolutely love that I can easily get to the rollers and clean out the cat hair that the vacuum missed . And the dry only button so you can get the excess water up . Awesome features!!!! Plus it only took me 5 minutes to assemble

Super easy to put together- click the handle in. And also incredibly easy to operate. No chemical smell and does a good job. I would like to see them make a natural detergent for these. Would increase their sales 3 fold.

I have had my Hoover Smartwash for about a month, but due to unforseen circumstances I just now got to really start putting it through it's paces. Boy was I amazed! I have 3 boys and their favorite chairs are getting older, and honestly I hated those chairs. They were the bane of my existence. They had been thoroughly kidified. 20 minutes with the upholstry attachment and WOW! They seriously look new again! I will no longer be ashamed when the kids drag them to the living room while company is over.. So then we moved on to their floor rug. They play cars on this all the time. Ive cleabed it with other carpet cleaners regularly, and I thought I was keeping it clean and sanitized to a satisfactory level.... The dirt it pulled out was amazing. It was absolutely filthy and we didn't even know it. I know I will be getting rid of my other carpet cleaner because it can't even begin to compare.

My husband and I are in with love this carpet cleaner! We have three cats and they have sometimes are a problem in our basement with peeing on the carpet. I love that this just automatically know when you are washing and drying. It has really helped pick up the pet scent in the house and just is a great machine. I would recommend for any pet owner.

I've had this carpet cleaner for about a month now in out household we have 5 animals...dogs and cats. Plus 3 children. That together can make a disaster either carpet. This cleaner worked amazing. I was very impressed with the results. Most of what I thought was stains came right up. It's very easy to use and handle. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

First I am not a paid spokeperson for this product. I have a puppy who is a challenge when it comes on where she does her business. I bought other carpet cleaners before, but none like this one. They call it smart because it mixes its own solution to water, it applies solution to the floor when moving forward and vacs it up when you pull back. Plus it has a heating element to heat the water. I was at the point of either finding her a home or getting new carpet. But I ordered this on faith that the infomercial might be 50% correct. It arrrived yesterday and I gave it a go today. This thing has multiple brushes instead of just one. When turned on it doesn't do any dispensing until you move it. A small lighted sign comes on and says washing and when you pull back it goes off and another comes on to say that it is drying. My old one barely sucked up any water but this one pulls at least 85% of what you put down back up. And even though I vaccuum thoroughly before I clean carpets, this one was spitting up hair balls like a cat. Dog hair that was I guess down deep. Within an hour after I cleaned the carpet it was completely dry. Some of the stains I could not get out try after try seem to have gone. Before I could smell dog everwhere I went but now it smells like "fresh linen" which the solution is scented to smell like. All in all, my only personal negative product review of this new Hoover carpet cleaner is that it hasn't been on the market before now. It cut down my cleaning time by at least 50%, the house smells fresh, the carpets although older look new. I would give this a thumbs up 100% if you have a dog, high traffic area or any carpet that needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Sadly I will get a lot of use of this because my little 4 legged wonder is not enjoying the fact that the house doesn't smell like her anymore.....

When I say it cleans it all, it cleans it all. Do not be afraid to tackle any ground in or long term stain. It's about the cleaning solution and the machine. Hoover you have out done yourself, you have found harmony between machine and solution. Thank you thank you thank you! I love this Hoover and thank you for the clean house! P.S. The heating mechanism on that drying cycle. I mean within 30 minutes walk bare foot on clean carpet.
