I purchase this carpet cleaner back in June and first few used were fine after the roller stop spinning which causes the vacuum not to work properly do not recommend and it pretty pricy for it to only last a few months .

I decided to buy this carrier cleaner as the company that cleans my carpet yearly would never deep clean my carpet and used a solution that smelled like the stuff you use to potty train your dog. I was surprised at how easy it is to use, how well it cleaned (your carpet solutions are phenomenal), and how easy it is to take apart to clean the rollers! The only vacuums I've ever owned were Hoovers three in 30+ years! This Hoover smart wash is a great addition to my house cleaning products! Thank you Hoover, keep up the great products and service! I love how simple, easy, and effective this carpet cleaner is! My carpets have never felt and looked so good! No more trigger buttons and complex water tanks. My only complaint is it is awkward to dump the dirty water tank. I wish there was a hole or something so I don't have to completely remove the cover each time.

I've used my fair share of carpet cleaners and this definitely blows away the competition! I only had to do my drug on time and could visibly see the difference from where I washed it to where I didnt. I had just cleaned my rugs two weeks prior and thought they looked good but after using this carpet Cleaner I couldnt believe how dirty my rugs still were until i used this! It's easy to use there no need to follow a big instruction manual and it is so much smaller than most so it's easy to store when you arent using it.

I ordered my machine last week and received today. I am SO impressed.. I have owned several carpet cleaners for I have pets and this by far in the best I have ever had. Cleans very well, gets in that deep down dirt, powerful suction and drying. Super easy to clean up after use. I am so so so very happy! My carpet look almost brand new again and it is 20 years old.
