I have an older model Hoover which is just too bulky and no longer efficient so I was on the prowl for a new one to get this ground in dirt path out of my bedroom carpet from the door to the bathroom. THIS machine works wonders. I just wish it pulled the water out a bit more (could have been user error since I was so excited when I started "washing" the carpet).

We used the carpet cleaner for the first time last night. Operated very well, love the fact the machine mixes the water and cleaner. We did have to turn off the water so we could extract the water on the rug. The rugs did get very wet so you have to watch how wet it is getting while you are cleaning. Machine was easy to use and set up. Cleaning was very easy.

It did every thing it was suppose to do. I love Hoover products I have a vacum cleaner to well worth the money and easy to put together and to clean afterwards I'm 79 years old and was easy to handel
