I have used it on both indoor and outdoor carpets. Great job cleaning and couldn't be easier. Hate complicated things??? THIS IS NOT!!!. Enjoy clean carpets easily. I have 3 cocker spaniels, that's alot of fur and dander. No problems getting nice and clean. THANK YOU HOOVER!!

I have an older model Hoover which is just too bulky and no longer efficient so I was on the prowl for a new one to get this ground in dirt path out of my bedroom carpet from the door to the bathroom. THIS machine works wonders. I just wish it pulled the water out a bit more (could have been user error since I was so excited when I started "washing" the carpet).

A friend highly recommended this. I had an old bissell that needed repair and decided to invest instead of repairing. This machine is so easy to use! I especially like you don't have to mix the solution. It did amazing on cleaning my carpets! I can't believe they were as dirty as they were!

Convenient, easy to use design. Don't have to mix detergent and water, detergent goes in its own reservoir. Very easy to use, no buttons/levers to operate, just push and pull (with very little effort). Tanks are large enough to do an entire room. Has dry only function to remove any excess water. Dual rotating brushes do much better job than any rental unit I have tried. Could not believe amount of dirt this picked up. Have not tried the hose attachment with rotating brush yet. Can't speak to durability yet.
