I have had one month about, and the machine is not sucking up the water, this is the second one we have bought the first one lasted along time spinScrub 50 Heated less expensive then the smartwash, I am very disappointed in the smartwash because it is not sucking up the water & doesn't heat near as well as 50. Now I have a floor with wet carpet without extraction, what next mold because this machine failed.

I have had a number of Hoover carpet cleaners and this big guy gets after it. If you have a dog who sometimes has an accident you can rely on this product to dig deep to clean it up. Buy this one folks!
