We have two new puppies who have peed all over our living room and hallway to the point that our carpet looked like a leopard with spots. My husband saw an infomercial for this product and was sold (mind you, he never buys anything from infomercials). The cleaner came and unfortunately, it was a dud. After four passes on one section of carpet, the brushes seized up and wouldn't work. I contacted Customer Service and they sent me a return package label to send it back and promptly sent a new one. The new one got here yesterday and it worked like a charm. I spent a few hours cleaning the hallway and living room and it looks brand new again. I may even clean it again later in the week just to hit some heavier stains again. I am extremely satisfied not only with the product, but the customer service with my return issue.
