We recently decided it was time to update our rug shampooer. My husband had seen an ad for the Hoover SmartWash and showed it to me. We thought the price was right and figured we could always return it if we didn't like it. WE LOVE IT!! It's much lighter than our old one. It comes apart so that you can easily clean it. Even the roller/brushes come out so that you can clean them, there's 2! The water extractor also comes off for super easy cleaning! No more sitting on the floor trying to clean the extractor with that flat plastic tool. Just run it under water & snap it back in. When we were going through the process of checking out, a number of Hoover products came up to purchase if desired. Since we also needed a vacuum we also bought the Hoover PowerDrive Pet Vacuum. We love our new vacuum too!

Bought in March Could Been better Product leave's Carpet Really wet And dosen't dry at all like said it would and when use Furniture tool Doesn't Dry Leave's Furniture Soaked will not Buy One Again.

I have had a much larger pro. cleaner and it did an amazing job but due to a major surgery I am unable to use it any longer.I decided to try the SmartWash because I have owned Hoover vacuums for years and they are very good, I am so I glad I did purchase. Try one you'll LOVE IT! The SmartWash does just as good and is lightweight and easy to use, a lot less exspensive. THANK-YOU HOOVER.

How long do you have to return the shampooer? I like that it's easy to clean, it doesn't get close to the walls, not sure that I like the wash forward dry backward.....doesn't seem to work well on spots...because you put the water down and it immediately sucks out the water....
