Works well. Be advised that depending on where you live, what warehouse they ship from, will determine what color you get. Not a massive deal but I was surprised when I opened the box and mine was freakin' maroon and not the pretty real color. ( That matches everything else in my house) Pretty miffed. It also leaves the carpet pretty wet. Didnt exceed recommended passes, and still found myself running the dry only function.

I had my granddaughter help me with the carpets. She really loved it too. She's even thinking about getting one. It really was easy to use. I had one where I had to mix up the solution, then put it in the machine. It was messy.

We have had this unit for several weeks and have used it on the carpet in our excersize area. The unit is very easy to use and uses much less water than our old Bissell machine yet seemed to clean even better. The carpet dried in less than 12 hours, we were very pleased..... Thanks

I bought this as my old Hoover Carpet Cleaner hose broke. I was happy to see the multiple brushes, the ease on how the tanks come on and off. Just two bad things. The first time I used it I did not check the dirty water tank. I cleaned my whole carpet. I liked the automatic dispenser feature. I liked the larger tanks. I was done (I thought), I pulled out the dirty water tank, it was not locked. ALL the water, dirt and all spilled over my cleaned carpet. What a mess. So make sure that tank is locked when you use it. It dispenses at a higher rate, so carpet is wetter. Even after using the dry mode.
