I bought this after reading the good reviews. I expected to spend an hour assembling it...wrong! Simply slide the handle into the cleaner and your done! No endless pages of instructions, I had the machine up and running in 10 minutes. Such a joy to use! Push and dispense the cleaning solution, pull back and pick up the very dirty water. I could not believe how dirty the water was that was picked up! So fast too! I cleaned several rooms in very little time. My 90 year old mom could not believe how bright the carpets looked. I swear, this machine makes it almost fun! I think this is one of the best designed products I have ever purchased. Easy assembly, simple instructions, and stellar performance! What's not to like!

I brought this Hoover about a month ago I liked the 5 easy payment plan The machine is the Best rug shampoo hands down So easy to use and the name is perfect SMART WASH. it's like from the future Just pour the cleaning solution in one tank no measuring and the water in the other tank. And just turn it on No buttons to to push on move it like you were using a vacuum Forward releasing the correct amount of solution and water and pull it back and watch all dirty warter being sucked in to the dirty tank The carpet dries in less then a half hour Your carpets will look and smell me And clean up is a breeze Thank you Hoover

This is by far the best and easiest carpet cleaner I have ever used. I used the pet cleaner. it cleaned up pet urine easily. No mixing with water. The machine cleaned up easily. This carpet cleaner has already paid for itself.
