I got this a few weeks ago. I love it. So very simple to use. Push forward to clean. Then pull back to dry. It cleans carpet thoroughly and the carpet wash has a fresh clean scent. Easy to empty also. Best carpet cleaner I ever used. Lightweight also.

I had a rug doctor it started acting up after ten years so I bought the Hoover Smart Wash my carpet is cleaner than the rug doctor does and it dries quickly and I use less carpet cleaner detergent

I don't actually own this carpet cleaner but I did witness first hand how amazing it is. The carpet in my living/den area is about 6 years old and still in pretty good shape but I was having a big get-together at my home and wanted my carpet to look nice and fresh and a friend came to the rescue with this incredible machine and the Deep Clean solution. WOW! What a difference it made! I keep a clean home but I was shocked to see how much dirt and grime that was sucked up! I've always used Hoover vacuums and know how well made and dependable the products but I've never owned a carpet cleaner, I'm convinced that I need one in my home!

I just bought Hoover smart wash. and i had to pay for the 12 oz Expert Pet Solution, and the 64 oz Clean Plus Carpet Cleaning Solution Which it said that i was free. If i knew it was 2 late i woud cancel my order
