I have tried many carpet cleaners but by far this is the best I have used. Very easy to use. No hassle with figuring out which button to press. Does an amazing working on removing stains. Very comfortable to use as it is not heavy. My house smells fresh no and no stinky odors at all. Perfect design and great product that I definitely recommend.

I have three doggies and they sure know how to leave a mark especially on a light beige carpet for three years. I did not want to break my back using a heavy carpet cleaner machine so decided to purchase the SmartWash+Automatic Carpet Cleaner. I set it up, filled it up with water, and the Max Pet Solution to the dispenser and off I went to clean. I was very surprised with the results. It left my carpet so clean, smelling fresh, drying time was fast and made my carpet fluffy as though it was a brand new carpet. The carpet cleaner is lightweight and very easy to use, felt like I was just simply vacumming the rug. No stress at all and look forward to handling stains in the furure. Thank you Hoover.

I have a 5 1/2 month old puppy who really made a mess of our carpet. It needs to be replaced but want to get to the "100%" trained mark before we do that. I couldn't stand the carpet so I purchased this mean machine and I am in love! Cleaned so much better than the Bissell I had or the Rug Doctor that I rented. Would HIGHLY recommend this machine.

tried the cleaner right away. have 2 dogs and 3 adults in the home, there was a lot of stains especially on the stairs. had to go over the stairs twice. but looks better than when i had a professional do it. dried fairly quick.

I bought this cleaner a couple months ago. Very easy set-up. Very easy to operate. Very smooth, and light weight. The carpet I cleaned was over 40 yrs. old. We had 2 of the top cleaning companies try to clean it, in the past. Didn't work. This machine cleaned it. Unbelievable. We were amazed. It was very simple to dis-assemble, to clean. Just as simple to re-assemble. I would never again call a carpet cleaning company, or even rent a machine again. This is the best machine I have ever seen, or used!
