Used it in two rooms with terrible carpets. I was amazed at how clean they got. Floors dried quicker with the new hoover than my old bissell. As of right now I'm super impressed. I will be even more impressed if the suction lasts.

This automatic carpet cleaner is wonderful. I love the ease of forward to wash and back to dry, the all dry button is great. I love the automatic solution dispenser. The ease of cleaning the brushers and the front nozzle. This was the reason I bought it in the first place. I would have given it 5 stars but the nozzle has two plastic pieces which help it snap back into place. One of mine has already snapped off. I suppose I will have to buy another one which is quite disheartening. Be very careful when trying to get the top back on after cleaning. Although it probably will not help since they are little clear plastic pieces.

When I First Got My Hoover Smart Wash Carpet Cleaner I Was Beyond Anxious To Get To Use It. The Box It Comes In Shows A Picture of Exactly What It Looks Like And Has Lots Of Different Details Posted. It Does Require Some Assembly But Nothing That Is Hard At All. But Comes With A Step By Step Detailed Pictured Instructions. Its Super Light Weight. I was Easily Able To Lift It And Carry It Around With One Hand. To Say This Thing Cleans Better Than Any Other Car Cleaner Ive Used Is An Understatement. And Every Other Carpet Cleaner Ive Used, It Always Uses The Carpet Cleaner Up Super Quick. Thats Not The Case With This One, The Cleaning Solution Lasts Forever It Seems. I love that when using it, you dont have to push the button to put the solution of water and cleaner down on the floor. It's so easy. Forward is to despense and backward is to suck it back up. And then the button you push for heat helps dry it almost isntantly. It comes with a hose and attachments too. I used it to clean my whole suv interior and i swear it looks like a brand new vehicle. So if your in the market for a carpet cleaner that works better than the rest, this is the option to go with!! You will be flad you did!

This is the first time cleaning our carpets. It worked fantastic. There were some stains that required a bit of hand scrubbing but that is to be expected. I found it best to: 1- Clean the carpet as instructed 2- Go back and rinse and dry carpet 3- Then dry only The 2nd step picked up any cleaning fluid left by the 1st step and we did see additional cleaning. The cleaning fluid left by the 1st step had time to penetrate the carpet better. The 3rd step did a great job removing any additional water. The next time I clean we'll probably just do step 1 since they will have already been cleaned. Also had one of our kitties puke on the carpet a few days later and we pulled out the carpet cleaner and cleaned it right up.
