It took me a while to unbox and finally put this to use but I am happy with my purchase. I own two other carpet cleaners both of them are quite heavy and have larger tanks but they don't seem to have the effortless movements of this unit. Well this unit is not large it really does a good job. I tested it by vacuuming twice the area I plan to clean I then used my original carpet cleaner and cleaned and area. After it dried I brought out my new Hoover and I re-clean the same area I could not believe the difference The Hoover made. After it dried I again took out one of my other carpet cleaners and ran through the same process only this time there wasn't any residual cleanup needed. I also then tried this Hoover on its own in another room which I had cleaned and vacuumed and after it dried I brought out my older bigger machine and ran over it. I had the same results it did not have anything to pick up the Hoover had done the job. I would The Hoover made. After it dried I again took out one of my other carpet cleaners and ran through the same process only this time there wasn't any residual clean up need it. I also then try this Hoover on its own in another room which I had cleaned and vacuumed and after it dried I brought out my older bigger machine and ran over it. I had the same results it did not have anything to pick up the Hoover had done the job. I would recommend thisProduct for anyone who wants to be able to clean effortlessly and not have to go over the area more than once. I have not had a chance to use any of the extra attachments yet but plan to do that and will update this once I have

We been using a commercial unit bought off eBay, big and powerful, great until it started breaking and was always too heavy to cart back and forth from our office and home. This system is great for home use and office. Our office and home have 5000 sq ft and this is so much easier to use. Lighter, easier to fill, empty and take upstairs. The Brushes and suction are great as are the hand tools. We are very impressed!

I just used this machine today and was thoroughly impressed. Living in an apartment, the management is not responsible for the carpet so I decided to order this machine after watching the infomercial. It does exactly what it says and my carpet after years of abuse and stains looks new. So much so that I do not want to walk on it but just gaze at it.
