I purchased this cleaner with the hopes of finding a carpet cleaner that was easy to use, light weight and effective in cleaning up after an occasional dog mishap. Oh my! What a pleasant surprise. I had a smartwash for 6months and the engine blew up, I called customer service and without hesitation sent me a new one. they sent me on that happens to be my favorite color! I waited about 2 weeks and it has arrived, very pleased!!!
