I am pleased with my Hoover smart carpet cleaner ! It left my extremely dirty stairway very clean! I definitely recommend it. Only one concern, when you are putting this machine apart to clean it, be careful not to be heavy handed; all parts of it are plastic. Which is ok as long as you are careful.

I bought this about a month ago. I have had other cleaners that just didn't look like it was pulling the dirt out of the carpet. My smart wash showed me that my worst fears about other cleaners was right. My carpets were dirty. I have two dogs and immediately the house smelled clean again. Love the features and separate containers for clean water, cleaning solutions and dirty water. Love the automatic drive on this. No more holding the trigger. I recommend the smart wash Hoover cleaner.

I bought my cleaner about 8 months ago. It was working fine until the gear mechanism that turns the brush heads failed. have owned several Hoover products but this one was a disappointment.

I was looking for a machine that would go on the new thicker carpets. This is perfect! I had back surgery in December and I cleaned the LR, DR and a chair. It's so easy and works wonderfully! I have a senior dog that has accidents. This machine got all of the stains out. I highly recommend it!
