I have had Hoover cleaners for many years but they all leaked water. I finally gave up and went to another brand. then this new one came on the market. I decided to try again. Boy this one is a real good cleaner. It gets stuff out of the carpet the commercial cleaners didnt get out. Leaks a little. cant be helped i guess.

I bought this about a month ago. I have had other cleaners that just didn't look like it was pulling the dirt out of the carpet. My smart wash showed me that my worst fears about other cleaners was right. My carpets were dirty. I have two dogs and immediately the house smelled clean again. Love the features and separate containers for clean water, cleaning solutions and dirty water. Love the automatic drive on this. No more holding the trigger. I recommend the smart wash Hoover cleaner.

I bought this and I was skeptical but I read some comments and decided to give it a try being desperate to stop having others charge me for expensive carpet cleaning. Boy oh boy I was amazed. This machine is awesome and took out stains and made my carpet clean and fresh! It's easy to use and the best part to me was it's so easy to take a part and clean!! I actually enjoyed doing the work with this great machine. My kids were even amazed and it drys the carpet too! It came with everything I needed I didnt have to go pick up a thing. Thank you Hoover.

I have 3 dogs and usually a visiting grandpup. Newer carpet. This machine is very easy and does a great job!! I was really surpied how easy it is to refill water adn to empty and clean as well. I have thick carpet and this gets most of the water out and it dries pretty quick. Thanks Hoover! Love it

I purchased my Hoover smartwash for a carpet that had heavy duty traffic and am not really satisfied with the results. The water turns out dirty by I see not visible change in the carpet and that's after making over 25 passes over the area.
