I don't even know where to start with this. It went above and beyond my expectations. I love the "smart technology" when you push forward it dispenses the water and soap when you pull back it dries. It did not drop tons of water onto my carpet or solution when I was done with the 3 rooms there was a lot of cleaning solution left in the tank. The "dry only" feature is AMAZING! Since it doesn't dump tons of water on the carpet it doesn't have a lot to pull out so drying is fairly quick. I vacuumed really well before hand like it says to do and the amount of dirt and grime it pulled out was crazy. It is very easy to setup/use and the accessory bag is awesome to keep everything together. I was able to do 3 rooms in less than an hour. One of my favorite features is the removable brush cover. I was able to really deep clean the rollers, and the cover after use before putting away. The rollers lift out effortlessly making cleaning super easy and thorough. We have 5 pets and I am beyond thrilled with how well this cleans and the peace of mind it gives me to have my kids play on the floor!

I bought this and was hoping for a miracle! I will say I was not let down!!! I have a few pets and dog and cat hair are a problem, as I maintain a clean home. I used this on all of my area and runner rugs and it literally saved them, they now look brand new again! Thankyou for making a product that actually works and does what it says!!!
