I purchased this last month and used it on my living room and hall carpets and it did a great job. The drying feature is great as it doesn't take the carpet long to dry. I also used it on a wool area rug in my family room and it clean it great and it didn't shrink it at all, the drying feature is great as the rug was just damp when we were done cleaning it.

I was using a Bissell and I never will again. I borrowed this cleaner from my best friend she told me I would be amazed. I was more than amazed I was thrilled to no end. I have never seen a carpet shampooer and I have used a few that works like this one does and the fact you can take it apart to clean it is beyond awesome! When I can afford it I'm going to buy me one!

Just Bought it Last month and just use it for the 1st time. And I think it's a very great machine it's doing Wonders never had a machine as Wonderful As this one. My rug look so beautiful never I thought it would look so beautiful again I have seen a great improvement on my rug.
