[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started out very skeptical thinking as long as it does an ok job it'll be worth it. I started in my extra room which I designated my cat room, it has all their toys and litter box and what not in it. Naturally the room has cat puke stains everywhere because cats can't not puke apparently. Wall to wall tan carpet, it looked like brand new after I was done. I didn't take before pictures because I didn't think it would clean up this nice, couldn't believe it. I throughly vacuumed with my dyson mini ball before hand, the amount of hair the Hoover took out of the carpet was insane wish it was a dry vacuum too.

I would also have a professional come in once a year. I bet your thinking WHAT? WHY? I have 3 big dogs. Anyway, my new SmartWash really did an excellent job and the best part is it was so easy to clean.The bushes pop right off and on! I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the operation of this to be relatively easy. My only issue was trying to use the "dry only" button. I have used it three times. The dry only button worked once. But the machine is easy to clean and store. Overall I am satisfied.

Best Steam Cleaner

I've had a couple of different carpet cleaners over the years and this beats all of them. The double brushes make a big difference in getting hard stains out (pet stains, mud). It's a little heavy but I was still able to move it with ease.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always been a diehard Bissell fan and always believed that Bissell made the best carpet cleaners. As of late I have not been a fan of Hoover until I bought this carpet cleaner the other day. I am not kidding, this smart wash system is far and above anything that Bissel offers including the big green yes the big huge green one the commercial one they offer. I have owned the big green and of course it cleans well but it's extremely heavy and the performance of the smart wash is equal to or exceeds that of the big green. This Hoover is far and above the best carpet cleaner I've ever used and it's actually very well-made . I wish I could somehow get some free products from Hoover to try because I've always been a vacuum fanatic since I was a child and would love to test new items!
I would recommend this to a friend!
