Burning smell and melted end of brush roller

I bought this machine in May 2023 in September 2023 I noticed that the water was pooling on the floor when I used it and it had a burning smell. As I was cleaning the machine I noticed that one of the rollers was melted on the end (the end that does not have the ball-bearing) I replaced that roller and made sure to clean that are of the main machine. Now Dec 2023 that new roller has done the same thing as the first time. This thine while cleaning the ball-bearing blue part has come off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit replaced my first Hoover carpet cleaner purchased in 1996 that lasted until July 30, 2018. The motor burned out. That unit's brushes rotated using air from the vacuum motor which did not work so well as it aged. This unit has direct drive brushes which is a big improvement!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this through s facebook advertisement and I was somewhat leary, but I am SO glad I did! my biggest concern was the high traffic areas and the pet "blunders" once the carpet dried they were gone! Well worht the price I paid and to be able to pay in increments made it affordable

I found this product exceptional in cleaning carpeting. However I found 2 serious concerns: the attachment to chair cleaning is poor and while unit overall great cleanup / cleaning vacuum after use is terrible. Hoover...the after use cleanup has to be made easier
