I bought this product 3 weeks ago. I have used it almost daily! We have three (3) dogs, three (3) kids and a house full! For over the past 2 decades, we have used Bissell steam/carpet cleaners. Well, after constant equipment failures, obvious design flaws, belts constantly breaking, clean-outs clogging.... our family threw in the towel so to speak! We did some research and switched over to the Hoover SmartWash+!!! Well, we LOVE IT! Its lightweight, designed for heavy use, durable and EASY to clean, maintain, and empty. Its design makes it easy to mobilize up stairs and more importantly, the cleaning power this unit has far exceeds any Bissell unit I have EVER owned. This machine will clean wine stains off of white carpets, pet mistakes, in-law spills... you name it! WE LOVE THIS Machine and have even named it!!! :) Buy this and you will not be sorry! Amazing value for the money! We have owned so many cleaners over the past decade and this surpasses all of them by far! This SmartWash+ is the new WORKHORSE of our family! Our Romba is even jealous!!
