Just received this from Hoover! Recently moved into a new construction with carpet in the spare bedrooms. With 3 dogs, it's impossible to keep clean. This thing is professional quality for an affordable price. It did it's job and did it quickly without having to go over and over a spot. It was eye opening to see how much nasty was living in my 4 month old carpets!

I bought this about 2 weeks ago & I can't believe how quick the carpet cleaner came! I had a Hoover carpet cleaner before & loved it! But sadly a part broke, husband fault not Hoover! Anyways I used my new Hoover smart wash & I love the way it cleaned my carpets ! I've got 2 cats 1 dog & a husband lol so you can imagine how my carpets get!! I would've rated it a 5 star ⭐️ but the only dislike I've got is that the tanks clean & dirty water doesn't hold enough water, like my other Hoover did ! Other than that I'm very satisfied!!
