This product works wonderful. Easy of use and instruction are easy to understand. Easy to operat. And manuever. Cleans very good and does not leave Carpet wet. Best thing and saves lots of money from hiring professionals or renting dirty equipment. Would recommend for all ages young to old as it is easy to operate.

I bought this about 3 months ago, after debating buying another hoover shampooer. I have owned several models, and they always broke. The hose for upholstery attachments always leaks, and it did for this machine too. It leaks from the bottom and gets dirty water on the carpet. So i have to go over it again. This machine is very easy to use, super Light and manageable to move around. It is just like a vacuum. As far as cleaning, its great. I do think the max extract machine is better though, getting stains out. I do go back over and hand scrub the stains remaining..

I rent...my dogs have made a mess of the carpets. I thought for sure I'd owe the landlord new carpet when I moved out. Not now! After using this machine the carpets look and smell brand new. The ease of the SmartWash is completely true as seen on the video. This is a fantastic product as are the cleaning solutions sold.

My old Hoover quit on me so this was my choice. It's so much lighter so it doesn't knock me out to use it. Since I've only used it once, I'm not sure about the drying part. I think perhaps I made more passes which saturated the carpet more. I think I'm going to like it!
