I have never owned a carpet cleaner. After being disappointed by my last 2 professional cleanings I bought my Hoover. I am so glad I did. It is easy to use, & lighter weight than using my vacuum. I was embarrassed by how dirty my carpets were but thoroughly pleased also. Can't wait to see how the second cleaning goes.

Powerful cleaning action, and it's great not to have to press a lever to release the cleaning solution. The automatic action is fantastic, and the ability to rinse only after the wash is very quick & easy. Great buy!

After years of using rentals I decided to purchase my own and I am glad I did, this machine is very simple to use and does a beyond excellent job at cleaning my carpets. The great features of this machine is it's lite weight, mixes the cleaning solution automatically and switches from cleaning to drying automatically. This is definitely the best cleaner I ever used and would recommend it to my friends.

Received the Smart Wash unit this week and used it the first time today. Great Carpet Cleaner. Easy to fill and works effortlessly. Was able to clean two rooms in about an hour including rinsing and extra drying. Both look like new. No more Zerorez!! Plus now we can do it at our convenience and more often. Would recommend this to anyone that wants to DIY..

No need to mess with control of how much detergent to put down. Cleaner automatically cleans on the forward pass, and dries on the backward pass. No mixing of water with cleaning solution. Unit can also be run in DRY mode only as needed.Would have preferred automatic heating of the clean water.
