Loving so many features! I can now clean my floors with complete ease! I only need to move the cleaner back for drying, or forward for cleaning, and it automatically does it's job. No need to find the right button to push or step on, because it is all automatic! It also automatically mixes the cleaning solution so that is done perfectly. Did not have to guess or try to get it accurate myself. Best part? The auto drying! I really love the pet tool, it has come in extra handy. Super easy to use, it isnt like work at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cleaner works very well I have 2 dogs and I didnt realize how much dog hair I had in my carpets! Came out easily and cleans stains well too. My only complaint is its messy to clean the part on the vacuum with the brushes. It's very lightweight and easy to move too

I just bought this, it came today, it is not working right. The cleaning solution drains out as soon as I put it in the container. The call center is supposed to be open until 8 EST, I called at 6 EST and all of days is they are not open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this product about a month ago and have used it two now on different carpeted rooms and I couldn't be happier with the results! The machine is super easy to use - the automatic change from washing to drying is so easy and, as long as you are methodical about cleaning the carpet, it's really simple. It does take a few hours to completely dry, but the carpets are not soaked with water at all. I was shocked at how dirty the water was, even after a second run of cleaning, but it just shows how well this machine works! Clean up was really easy too. Highly recommend

I bought this machine not even 1 year ago and it isn't working! I literally used this machine once and it worked at that time but while using it today well!!! The front brush isn't spinning at all and making a weird noise.

Loved th smart wash carpet cleaner having small dogs and children this has been a lifesaver. It has totally saved my dog mom life and has made cleaning up after then so easy and with no hassle. The 2 in 1 pet tool is a big plus for me! The removable power brushes and easy to clean is also another thing I love about this device.I have received so many compliments about this smart wash carpet cleaner because I proudly show everyone and tell them how awesome this is for us. Our home is almost all carpet and this vacuum does it all! No matter what type of floors you have in your home this is the vacuum for you! You can even clean your sofas with it! My carpets and rugs are so much cleaner and I can always count on the smart wash to clean up whenever an accidental spill occurs.
