Believe me when I say I'm super skeptical buying anything online guess what I'm glad I did best all around machine I've ever used ...pet stains gone...carpet super clean the only thing to remember is the dry only button. I have been using this for over a month now and absolutely love it! I have used other carpet cleaners and was shocked at how light weight this one is yet it is still powerful! I have 2 older dogs that tend to make a lot of messes and this machine helps me keep my home clean without a lot of hassle. It's easy to use and easy to clean.

I recently received my carpet scrubber and I love it. I am just a pinch disappointed that it spits the water onto the walls I actually put a paper towel where it was coming from and it was stopped. Other than that I cannot say enough about how I love it.
