We bought this to replace an older carpet cleaner that was really worn out. I was really happy with how it worked and the ease of using it. The Auto wash and dry directional movements worked really well and no premixing make cleaning easier. But what was really amazing was how good it cleaned our carpets. My grandkids had made quite a mess of our carpet and I thought it was shot for good, but the SmartWash+ carpet Cleaner saved it! We used the Hoover Clean Plus detergent.

I bought this the beginning of November. Cleaned all my upstairs carpets before family arrived over Thanksgiving. This Carpet Cleaner was so easy to use. Lightweight and easy to put in water and dump dirty water. Even easy to clean the brushes. (we have cat hair) This unit even has a heated "dry" cycle which was great for pulling up the cleaning solution from the carpet thus making the carpets dry faster. I love using my new Hoover, SmartWash Automatic Carpet Cleaner!

I bought this machine about a month ago, and I'm telling everyone how awesome it is!!! I run a daycare from my home and I own pets! It's just amazing how easy it is to use and does a wonderful job on my old carpet!! I did make one mistake and tried to pick it up from the bottom ( near beater bar area) to take it upstairs. Be careful because I snapped one of the plastic pieces that holds the cover on. It still works great but I'll order a replacement when they come back in stock! You can't go wrong with this machine!! Thanks Hoover for making such a great machine!!!!!
