My husband had been watching the infomercials for this Hoover machine for a while and he finally ordered it. I had it for about 3 weeks and thought I better use it before my 30 day return period was up. No returning this carpet cleaner! It works great! We have an area rug in our dining room that has a lot of white in it and it cleaned that rug up with ease! No running the machine back and forth a bunch of times to clean it. One swipe and it was clean. It looked like the day we bought it. I have a matching runner in our hallway and it cleaned it up beautifully. The white in these rugs was as bright and clean as a new one. I love the dryer on it and I was very surprised that it doesn't use a ton of the cleaning solution. It puts out just the right amount. That was one thing that I thought I wouldn't like was that I can't control spraying the solution out myself but it works great. I love the carpet cleaner. I have 2.5 year old and 8 month old Boxers so it's nice to have this for anything they may get on my rugs or furniture. I haven't used the attachments yet to clean the furniture but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

I was in need of a new Carpet Cleaner, since my other Hoover was on it's last legs, and I had seen the TV commercial and figured that this one would be a good replacement. This one was also the same price as I paid for the other one I had purchased probably close to 15 years ago. This one is a bargain and works great. I have a newer home with mostly wood floors, but large area rugs, which I was able to clean and they were dry much more quickly than the previous model would leave them. I would recommend this product. t did a nice job.

I literally just sold my Bissell because it was not getting the extra water that was flooding onto the carpet, the nozzle and brushes were brutal to clean, and was not getting results with 3 little dogs on the house. Well, I had an older Hoover model prior to moving into my apartment 9 months ago, it did pretty good but did not have any attachments and the suction was not so great. Enter stage left, Smart wash by Hoover rescues my anxiety and it is a no brainer and hands down the BEST carpet cleaner on the market. thanks Hoover!

When I first heard about these new machines, I was skeptical. After all, everyone knows the only way to clean your carpets was to rent a machine or hire a professional. After 2 months of thinking about it, I purchased mine. I loved how simple it was to put together. ALL of the tanks are easy to remove and replace. Removing the brushes and after use cleanup was a snap...and the job it does in cleaning my carpets is amazing. I've lived here for 24 years now and not only did it do a great job...(you can REALLY tell the difference)...my apartment smells and feels much nicer. It's a pleasure to have friends over and not worry if the air smells stale. Thank you, Hoover.
