Just bought it, unboxed it, followed all the instructions. Water and cleaning solution not dispensing. Now their help center is not open on weekends so I'm stuck here with dirty carpets until Monday.

I just got mine and used it for the first time it worked better than any other one I've had. It mixes the solution for you so there's no waste and applies the right amount so you don't have soaked carpets when your done. Very easy to use and clean.

I have had this machine for 4 months. Gets the carpet good and near dry but the nozzle cover broke at the clip so now it won't stay on and I am having a difficult time finding the replacement part. I will be disappointed if I can't and have a machine I can no longer use.

We always got pro's to clean our rugs and never trusted on how clean there equipment is with cleaning other people's carpets. Think about it yuk. We did our homework on different products and Hoover was the Best. We got this thing and couldn't believe the job it did and how EASY IT IS TO USE,and how quick and easy to set up. Love this Machine. My husband had been watching the infomercials for this Hoover machine for a while and he finally ordered it. I had it for about 3 weeks and thought I better use it before my 30 day return period was up. No returning this carpet cleaner! It works great! We have an area rug in our dining room that has a lot of white in it and it cleaned that rug up with ease! No running the machine back and forth a bunch of times to clean it. One swipe and it was clean. It looked like the day we bought it. I have a matching runner in our hallway and it cleaned it up beautifully. The white in these rugs was as bright and clean as a new one. I love the dryer on it and I was very surprised that it doesn't use a ton of the cleaning solution. It puts out just the right amount. That was one thing that I thought I wouldn't like was that I can't control spraying the solution out myself but it works great. I love the carpet cleaner. I have 2.5 year old and 8 month old Boxers so it's nice to have this for anything they may get on my rugs or furniture. I haven't used the attachments yet to clean the furniture but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
