My Smartwash removed the dirt just as effectively as in the videos! The cleaning solution has a nice scent. I really like that you can see where excess moisture is in the carpet while in the dry mode. It extremely easy to assemble for use and disassemble for cleaning and storage. Simply put...it works. I purchased this machine a month ago and it by far out performed all that I thought it would do. It's way better than any rug doctor or any rental, it's portable and easy to operate reservoirs pop in and out with a gentle pull and go back the same, I love it. It really cleans.

I am a renter with dogs and let me tell you this carpet steamer is delightful. My dogs have had their share of accidents (of course on carpet) quite a few times. This has saved me from having to get on my hands and knees. I have added it to my weekly routine. I vacuum then steam my carpets and rugs every week.

Very disappointed! Showed up 10 after it was initially was suppose to be delivered. After using it for 5 minutes it broke on me. Huge waste of time and money. I don't recommend this product to anyone.
