The steam cleaner is by far one of the best steam cleaners I have ever use easy don't have to worry about how much solution you put down it puts it down for you sucks up the water floor dry in about 30 minutes. Absolutely love it.

We had an older carpet cleaner from Hoover and we liked it, but we used it a lot and felt we were due for a new one. The new one is lighter and easier to use. We have back and leg problems and this new cleaner was so much easier on us. It also cleans better than the older model, so we love working with it.

I absolutely love my Hoover Smartwash!! It cleans my carpets so well. I have an older dog that has accidents on the carpet and the smell is nauseating. My Smartwash pulls out the urine as well as the smell. It also doesn't soak my carpets. It lays down the exact amount of water and cleaner without me needing to squeeze a trigger. This machine is so impressive that we bought one for each of our 3 adult kids and their spouses. Would I recommend? You bet I would!! If clean is what you want then this is for you!

I want to give this 5 stars, but the hose attachment didn't work. It would not spray even after troubleshooting and priming the sprayer. I couldn't do my stairs or upholstery. Very disappointed.
