Ongoing problem with brushes not rotating, not fixable

Bought this a few months ago, used it only a few times and the brushes stopped rotating, and although its an obvious broken belt, it is not accessible or fixable and must be returned to the company for replacement of the entire shampooer! Absolutely unacceptable for the money spent on this and very disappointed!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the dry only setting as well as I love to make sure my floors dry as much as possible ! Smell is great too. Light weight, easy to use & easy to clean ! They thought of everything

I got this bad boy a few months back, and I can't keep my excitement to myself when it comes to cleaning my carpets. First of, it's light weighted, I've rented so many carpet cleaners and they are so heavy i dreaded cleaning my carpets. Second, I don't have to change switches to Wash then to dry, this carpet cleaner foes the whole job for me, without even putting any effort. My end result was amazing! Clean fluffy carpets, look like new, even took away the hardest stains. No more renting heavy carpet cleaners! And the price is great! I work in a store where we rent carpet cleaner, and I've recommended this vacuum for every customer!

My bf bought me this for Christmas and I love it...we did his carpets which were gross...and they came out nice considering we didn't use any deep cleaner or let any thing soak on the dr deep black spots....it came out...the shampooer is super easy to clean and all parts come off so u can clean all aspects of the shampooer ....love love love it

I was very excited to use my new carpet cleaner and 5 minutes in it broke. The brushes stopped turning and both lights are on. Checked for jams, none were found. Very disappointed.
