This cleaner did a fantastic job until the brushes stopped rotating. I bought it just a few months ago and there is no service center nearby. Extremely frustrating

I bought this a couple days ago and it is AMAZING! Three kids and my floors are embarrassingly nasty. I couldn't get it clean with the rug doctor I had but this, I swear it gets everything up. We are amazed at how well it works. We will definitely be with hoover always now. I cant wait to see what else they come out with.

...purchased in july 2019...used 2-3 times since then for light carpet cleaning...has now stopped working...and of course there are no authorized dealers close by for repairs...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the smartwash a few weeks ago I must say I have never used a easier carpet cleaning machine than the smartwash . No guess work on the amount of cleaning solution it is automatically depensed and dry only feature I love knowing my carpets will dry quickly.

I have used many other carpet cleaners in the past, including an older Hoover that I loved, but could no longer order parts for, so I thought I'd try this. I purchased this 4 months ago and have had to use it many times! SO much easier to use, much easier to clean and does a fantastic job on my carpets and upholstery (I have 5 dogs and a cat) . Even made my parent's and daughter's carpets and upholstery look like new again! (My daughter has 5 kids, 3 dogs and a cat). Highly recommend this particular carpet cleaner. Rugs come out clean, and dries within 2 hours! (I use the dry only button to soak up any extra water.) It's true what they say, it's as easy as vacuuming your rug with an upright vacuum cleaner!
