I had a Bissell cleaner before and this Hoover runs rings around it, so easy to use I couldn't believe it, I've been cleaning carpet since I got it and can't believe what a great job it does, I would recommend this to anybody that needs a new cleaner.

This carpet cleaner really cleans great. I couldn't believe how much everyday day dirt gets into the carpets you don't realize. It works awesome on stains. It knows how much soap or detergent to use on that particular stain so that it gets clean. I couldn't believe the difference after using it.

I have another (new) Hoover carpet cleaner and I like this one much better!!! I have to dogs and a husband that works in the construction field. They produce dirt like it's their job! This machine was very easy to use. I like that it has an extra long hose attachment to do steps and upholstery. The wash and dry system is nice but still leaves several hours of dry time. I used it on my expensive rugs and was shocked at how clean they came. As I mentioned I have a couple of pups, one who is. Husky Collie mix and she loved dirt and sheds like it's a full-time job. Even though I vacuumed before shampooing the carpets, there was a ton of hair in the machine. This machine is super easy to take apart and clean. My other carpet cleaners always collected hair and you couldn't get them clean if you tried. This cleaner is a must for anyone and especially for those with dogs! I volunteer for a rescue and will definitely recommend this to all our foster people!

I bought this about a month ago. It arrived quickly. Once it was here I was excited to use it. It was easy to assemble. And easy to use. So much better then those bulky ones u rent. It's so easy u want to use it u may even offer to clean rugs for friends and family. The smart wash takes the guess work out of how much cleaner to add just fill the soap tank n the machine does it for you.. it's just like vacuuming. It's amazing watching it lift the dirt from your rugs. And the dry only option sucks hours out of the dry time no more waiting all day b4 your floors are dry and family can get back to living. The attachments have been great for accidents while potty training our nee puppy a well for any spills. From the little ones especially in these times where where everyone is home more then ever.. definitely worth the investment
