Bought this because of the drying feature but the drying feature does not thrill me. Rug is still saturated after use and takes hours, many hours to dry on its own. They have a dry only feature you can use but it took me another whole extra hour to dry my rug

Although I have another carpet cleaner, it's cumbersome and difficult to clean. I bought the SmartWash last month and have used it twice since getting it. It's SO easy to use. No complicated instructions, push to clean, pull to dry. How much easier can it get!!! I love this machine and highly recommend it to everyone.

I bought this just A month ago. I LOVE it. It's so light and ridiculously easy to use. I especially love that it has a "dry only" setting. I love feeling like I can do a once over to get any extra water (even though it does a really fantastic job the first time!) once I finish my clean. It's so easy to clean when I'm done, even the dog hair is easy to get cleaned out!! I read so many good reviews and I was still kind of skeptical... if you're considering purchasing this beautiful baby, DO IT. Seriously you won't regret it.
