I was doubtful that it would clean my carpets but I ordered it anyway. I crossed my fingers that it would clean my carpets or I was going to have to replace them. When I received my new machine I couldn't wait to try it. My husband was glad that it had separate containers for the solution, the water and the dirty water. Our last one didn't. We did the hallway first and I couldn't believe my eyes. My carpet came clean. We just did the living room and it came clean as well. That was the worst of my carpets. Thank you so much for saving my carpets. I love it.

Cleaned my carpets but broke after using it one time. A small spring broke off the clear cover to the brush heads after only one use. I was still able to clean my carpets but could not properly secure the cover to the brushes. Returned for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this carpet cleaner, but I am still on the fence about how I feel about the "smart" function of it. I wish there was an option to control how much solution you can disperse. You can dry it extra if you want, but can not control how much it puts out. It does a good job though I feel like.
