I just purchased the Hoover Smart Wash Carpet Cleaner after watching the infomercial. It cleans well and does pretty well with pet hair. It doesn't really dry the carpet, but it dries in a few hours.

I recently purchased the Smart wash carpet cleaner and I an so glad that I did!!!! I was a bit skeptical at first. After the first several times going over the carpet, it looked new again.
