When I ordered this cleaner i expected a good machine for the price, what I got was a fantastic machine. I have had carpet cleaners in the past both professional and residential but this machine out does them all, with ease of use, ease of cleanup and especially it's performance. I'm not just happy with the smartwash I'm thrilled.
