[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easily installed, and operated. The motion sensitive auto wash/dry feature makes it very easy to use. The drying capability is effective and fast. So far we managed to remove all stains with little passes. The clean/dirty tanks are big enough to work a 100 sf room without stopping. Another feature we liked, is the hose attachment(s), which enabled us to wash the stairs and sofa couches. We always vacuum, and keep our carpets nifty clean, yet this hoover carpet washer pulled so much dust and deep dirt out of those carpets.
