Absolutely love this vacuum with deep cleaning. Was so easy to use and setup, been using this now for a few months and my carpet is always so fresh and clean. Having children with allergies this really helps out and picks up all the dust.

I have cleaned three carpets with this machine. The brushes are very good and move the carpet around. The suction is terrible. The tools for upholstery don't suck AT ALL!! If you are cleaning a thin rug, there is no suction to vacuum the water up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
