I LOVE this shampooer. It's easy to put together and easy to push. There is nothing complicated about this machine. The carpet looks great! I love the extra drying feature that pulls more water out of the carpet. Instead of taking a few days to be dry, I think it will only take a few hours. I would recommend that you take the brushes out and clean under the plastic plate that covers them. I have never cleaned them on my old shampooers, but it is really dirty and gross. Cleans up easy and easy to put back together. I am almost 70 years old and this has been the best shampooer I have owned. My flooring has heavy pet traffic and this made it easy!

The SmartWash+ Automatic Carpet Cleaner works like a dream. I love it's automatic capabilities. It takes a lot of the hard work out of steam cleaning. It's as if you're just vacuuming the floor. It's a breeze to set up and a breeze to clean the brushes when you're done, too. It left my carpets looking 2 years newer with just one clean!

I purchased the SmartWash+Automatice Carpet Cleaner about a month ago, received it within 2 days it was so easy to put together and start using, it did a great job, good suction and clean-up was so easy, very lightweight...the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that I would suggest adding "Heated" water on the next up-grade. Other than that worth every penny.

I have always had Bissell carpet cleaners in the past, but I always had problems with them. I just purchased a Hoover smart wash and I am totally happy. The ease of use is incredible and it is also light weight. Cleaning of the machine is a snap. The best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Five stars all the way.

This is by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. It is so easy to fill with water and solution and just as easy to empty. It has removed all stains in my carpets including pet stains. It also drys the carpet better than any carpet cleaner I have used in the past. This carpet cleaner is a must try especially for pet parents.
