After watching the commercial on TV, and the ease of obtaining it, I am more than pleased with using it. This is the second machine I have purchased. After highly recommending it, I gave it to my daughter-in-love who recently got a puppy, she loves it too. The convinence and assessability of having a device that can be utilized as needed, without having a lot of mess and at a reasonable cost, was a gamechanger for me.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. Used it to clean my livingroom rug. I already have an older model rug cleaner from Hoover and bought this one for the ease of using and the for the drying time. Upon using I found that it is lighter to carry, easier to clean after use, the fact that I don't have to hold a trigger button to spray and that I don't have to measure the cleaning solution. The Rug came out fantastic. I am now ready to use it on my stairs. Love it and will giving my other cleaner away.

I've had mine, for over a year now and, it still works great! Just make sure not to use off brand chemicals with it, because the Hoover brand ones are the ones that maximize the usage. Even with our lab/pit mix, it works wonders!

We are really happy with this purchase. The machine works great. We were concerned that some machines leave Berber carpets too wet, because they don't enough of the cleaning solution and water back out of the carpet. But not so with this machine. We are actually amazed how well it works and how easy it is to use. Thank you for a great product!
