I have a persian rug that I bought when i was in Iraq. It has, had, stains on it that I havent been able to get out for over 10 years. With this carpet cleaner and the oxy stain remover... They're either completely gone or one more treatment away from being gone! I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Thank you Hoover for giving me back the beauty of my persian rug.

My very first carpet cleaner purchase. I always rented or borrowed. I finally broke down and bought one and was having issues with it. I emailed Hoover they got the ball rolling sent me another one (very quickly I might add) and had me send back the other one. No charge to me and it was very easy. I appreciate the way it was handled. I love this carpet cleaner it is easy to use and gets the job done fast. I also like that it is triggerless.

I bought the smart wash because I was tired of renting carpet cleaners from department stores and I'm so happy I did because it works perfectly...I have carpet on all 3 levels of my house and it was so easy to carry from 1 level to the next...I also have a cordless vaccum I purchased from hoover and it works amazing:)

This machine is amazing. It cleans extremely well! I love that it is all automatic and there is no trigger to push to activate the water- push forward and water and cleaning product goes into rug- pull back and the machine sucks it's back up along with dirt! I also cant leave this review without mentioning the ease of cleaning the machine once finished. The roller brushes come out to rinse them in a flash. And back in just as easily. The whole machine was well thought out. 5 stars and thumbs way up Hoover! Also thank you for your wonderful customer service! :)

Bought this month ago received in 7 to 10 day easiest machine I ever used. The only thing that happened the shield broke but we called hoover and sent me a whole new one. Worth the price . Give it a chance you won't regret it.
