I love the cleaner but cannot figure out how to attach the hose. Even the photo of the hose on the website doesn't show how it attaches to the machine. Help! An online manual? The product itself is great but after you own it, there's a bit of work trying to get info. I really want to use this feature but no idea how.

To attach the hose, open the hose connection port and insert the hose end by inserting firmly into the hose solution port. I have owned a Hoover steam cleaner in the past and it finally died after 17 years, so we had to get another one. This one is pretty good! I like that you don't have to hold a trigger to wash, but I had to go over spots a lot more than in the past. I also love the 3 separate containers for clean, dirty and cleaning solution and clean up was a breeze the front cover pops off easily making it easy to rinse off.
