I bought this after reading the good reviews. I expected to spend an hour assembling it...wrong! Simply slide the handle into the cleaner and your done! No endless pages of instructions, I had the machine up and running in 10 minutes. Such a joy to use! Push and dispense the cleaning solution, pull back and pick up the very dirty water. I could not believe how dirty the water was that was picked up! So fast too! I cleaned several rooms in very little time. My 90 year old mom could not believe how bright the carpets looked. I swear, this machine makes it almost fun! I think this is one of the best designed products I have ever purchased. Easy assembly, simple instructions, and stellar performance! What's not to like!

Just Bought it Last month and just use it for the 1st time. And I think it's a very great machine it's doing Wonders never had a machine as Wonderful As this one. My rug look so beautiful never I thought it would look so beautiful again I have seen a great improvement on my rug.

I used the carpet cleaner for the first time today. I have 3 cats and a dog and clean carpets frequently. I had an older Hoover that was great while it lasted. This one is phenomenal. I love that it has no trigger, does a great job of cleaning, is extremely easy to take apart and clean, AND has the reminder to clean the filter. It is fantastic!!

This is the best carpet cleaner I've ever owned, and I've had quite a few. I've cleaned my own carpets for many years and about 2 years ago we decided to have a professional come in and knock the whole house out....I was disappointed. Last night, I cleaned our living room ( the second area since my purchase) this morning it looks so good! The key is to clean, do it again with just water to extract any residual soap, then a dry only round to finish. Very happy customer, I would recommend this unit to others. Thanks Hoover

First of all I like to say the shipping was very fast, I didn't expect to receive it as fast as I did. Now for the machine, it was very user friendly I love the fact that everything is separate no mixing solution with water and I love the fact it was very light weight and easy to move around. I went over my carpet one time with this machine and it did better than my bissell which I have to go over my carpets 3 or 4 times to get the same result. The bissell I have is not top of the line so I I'm sure that 's not a great comparison but I like the fact I don't have to hold any spray handles to dispense the water or solution because I always use too much or too little just can never get it right, but with this machine, there's no guessing and you have the the lights telling you when its washing or drying, which simplifies the whole process. My favorite part is the clean up it's very easy to take apart and makes the cleaning shampooer very easy to do. This machine is worth every penny. Overall, by far, this is the best decision I made on this machine and am very pleased and that's why I had to write this review.

The smartwash was easy to put together, very few things you have to do. My first experience was good, wash and rinsed three rooms the whole process was took like an hour and a half. It took about half the day for carpet to dry completely. Machine very easy to operate. Lucky AC was on and it pulled moisture out of the air. Overall the machine worked well no complaints.
