Overall good and easy product to use. Noticed a little rust forming around where roller bearings connect. Not sure if this is normal, lubed with (HT) grease. Will see if this corrects the problem since the bearings and inserts are metal connecting with water. Only have had for a week, used three times and noticed this after removing covers that rollers connect to. Overall not bad. Easy as vacuuming.

MY Bissel ProHeat had seen it's better days! 4 boys later, 2 cats 3 dogs....my carpets were in terrible shape! This carpet cleaner has been wonderful!! It has brought my carpet back to life, I dont ever remember it looking this good after using my previous cleaner. I would highly recommend this to the busy parents it's great to use as a quick clean up for a spill, dog, cat accident etc. Would tell anyone you dont know what your missing until you try this one!

I purchased the Hoover Smartwash just over a month ago and I would have to say I a little disappointed not in the cleaning but in the drying. I find that it does not dry as well as described even with the dry only feature my carpet still remained wet. I find that I have to do the carpet in the morning and then allow it all day to dry. I will say it is easy to use and cleans very well.
