I bought this to replace a carpet cleaner of mine that I had for years. This is much better and I am glad I finally upgraded. It cleans my carpet really well. Suction is great since there is almost no left over water on the carpet after cleaning. The parts are easy to wash as well. Definitely recommend!

I bought this about 1 month ago and used it on two area rugs. One of the rugs is white, thick and shaggy the second one is flat. This worked great, cleaned great and dry time was minimal. Money well spent in my opinion I paid almost just as much to get my carpets cleaned previously.

Bought it to test how good it would perform on a terribly dirty, light beige carpet. Years of traffic stains gave us little hope that it would work. If it didn't work we would return it for a refund. Much to our surprise it left a barely visible trace. We keeping our Hoover!

The pets track in dirt and the grand kids.I am so impressed with how this cleans.It has auto clean technology that knows when to wash and when to dry. I mean this SmartWash is smart when you push forward it scrubs the carpet with flex force power brushes.When you pull back it helps dry the carpet. It has a powerful extraction with heat. I have never seen anything like this before.It does an awesome job. It is very easy to use. It mixes the Cleaning solution automatically so no guess work.It also comes with a long hose,attachments and a bottle of carpet washer detergent Expert Pet. I like using this with the attachment to get out a pet stain I have had for awhile. I also pre treat the stain first.It gets the stain out. Pros:Easy to clean also removable Nozzle to clean brushes,Sits low enough to clean under furniture,Turns on and off with foot pedal,Optional tools for hose: Spin & Scrub,Stair and Crevice tool to get into to those narrow places.Dual tank system. 12 inch wide cleaning path.Plus a 5 year Warranty! Cons: The cord could be a little longer.
