The vacuum was very easy to put together. I needed to clean some high traffic spaces. This machine revived those areas. The dry only option to just extract water is a major advantage to increase dry time. I was somewhat misled that the carpet would be completely dry or that the machine blew hot air.

I bought this a 3 weeks ago and I'm sooooo happy ny neighbor recommended it. With my emotional support dog and my daughters cat, this was just the machine to get my rugs and carpets perfectly clean without soaking the floor and making a mess. I have told my whole mom group about it and I'm sure some of them are going to order. Great job Hoover, remarkable product.

I have 2 cats and a German shepherd which causes quite a bit of mess frequently on my carpets. Combine my animals with kids and it is constant stains!I have tried other products but have not had the same effect as I do with my Hoover! The shimpoor itself is not very loud and it is super portable
