I replaced another carpet cleaner with this one. I have a cat and dog. I was amazed at how much pet hair it picked up in the brushes. I also had cleaned my furniture. I had a chair that I was going to throw away because it smelled like animals. I only had it a year. I sprayed it with the pretreatment and let it sit for about 15 minutes and used the attachments to clean it. It looks and smells like new again. Mind you, I had used my other cleaner several times and it did nothing. The attachments have great suction and do a great job extracting the water. It takes apart easily to clean. I'm totally impressed!

I was about to call in a carpet cleaner when my husband showed me this product online. I figured I would give it a shot since I would have paid the same amount, if not more, to have someone come in to clean my carpets. I have to be honest, I wasn't expecting this to work but when I turned it on for the first time I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it clean all my carpets it was even better than if I would have had a professional cleaner do it. This is an amazing product that works wonderfully and is so easy to use. You may have to change the water a few times to empty it out, but other than that... Wow! Love it!!! I'll never call a cleaner ever again. Gonna save lots of money. :-)

We cleaned up a light colored carpet so well that it won't have to be replaced. the unit also did a good job of drying. Our carpets were fully dried in 2 hours afte we finished with the unit. Great affordable product.

Really, no thinking behind your floor cleaning. It's so easy to use that a young teen can use it. I have it 4 stars for the fact that any hair that a vacuum doesn't pick up, the washer will, but all the remnants get stuck in the suction tube, which is somewhat difficult to get out. Overall, so far, it's worth the purchase.

I recently purchased my carpet shampooer. I have already used it within my entire home and could not be happier. The attachments maybe my favorite addition to this product. My stairs are so clean. The ease of use is amazing. It truly is just life vaccumming. My biggest love for this machine is the ease of cleaning. I can not get over how super easy it is to clean!!
