Parents bought previous model which I had used several times, this model is better hands down. The vacuum like cleaning feature on this model definitely is a time saver. Not having to manually switch from shampoo to to rinse is a great improvement with excellent results. Only way I could think to make shampooing easier is to have somebody else do it for me.
