[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog, I have a dog door. Need I say more? This machine is easy to assemble, simple to use and I am astonished at how well it cleans. The carpet doesn't get that wet and it dried quickly. One thing I was worried about was the cleaning solution leaving a dirt-attracting residual of detergent. Not a problem, just do a quick rinse with no soap, clear water. Sparlking clean. I'm impressed! It works quickly too, you'll be surprised.

Best Cleaner I've Ever Had

I bought this machine to replace the one that died on me after just a few years. The Hoover is lightweight so it's easy on the arms and back. It's like vacuuming! The dry only feature is a must and works beautifully. The absolute best part for me is that you can take the brushes out and clean them. If you own pets, you know that after cleaning the carpet the brushes smell like pee. On the old machines, I just had to live with it. Yuck! But thanks to Hoover, no more! The brushes were easy to pop out and easy to pop in. Mine came with a cool red mat to store it on. No more searching for something to store it on so the carpet doesn't get wetter. My old cleaner leaked all over the place. After cleaning carpets, I had to mop the floors that run up to the carpet because the machine left a mess. This machine didn't leak a drop! The clean and dirty water tanks were easy to remove and put back in place. It came with a long hose with attachments to clean stairs or sofas. I haven't used them yet so I can't comment but they look very nice. There is nothing bad I can say about this machine.. For the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to cleaning carpets again., I never thought I would say that! Thank you Hoover!

The reason why I choose the SmartWash was the ease of use. I have 2 dogs, one cat and Rheumatoid Arthritis so it's important for me to have something that is easy to use and clean. SmartWash is just that! It cleans up the dirt, grime and hair from my animals easily. It's easy to push and pull, and not having to pull a trigger to release the cleaning solution is wonderful on my hands. I have to lift the machine jump/down 3 steps and it's light enough for me to do, even full of water. The attachments are simple as well and work very well! My favorite thing about the SmartWatch is the ease of cleaning. The brushes pop out and rinse off, the suction cover pops off and rinses easily as well. There is nothing on this machine that is difficult to take off and clean! I absolutely love this machine and would recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

I love it. Being able to use it at my own time when there is spills in my room. I am able to do a room very quick and the carpet dries out within a few hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a good experience. The machine does extract a lot of dirt, as seen in the dirty water tank. I like the two seperate tank system. The parts are easy to clean. The brushes don't rotate constantly, only when pushing forward, and not a high rate of speed, so if you want to stay on a certain spot, the brushes don't rotate. Also, for me the handle could be higher. It is still better than paying a carpet cleaning company, or renting a machine.
